4. Investor & Deal Flow Data

Investor deal flow data (startups saved, notes, scores, and pipeline status) is private and visible only to the investor who created it. This data is not shared with startups, other investors, or any third parties.

Intro request activity (whether an investor requested an intro to a startup) may be visible to platform administrators for moderation and outreach purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are required to retain it for legal or legitimate business purposes.

Publicly posted content (comments, reviews, discussions) may remain on the Platform after account deletion in anonymized form.
