Problem: For 9 out of 10 off-roaders, getting off-road is full of friction & barriers: Too far away, too costly, & too intimidating. Urban sprawl combined with excessive regulation have pushed off-road access far away (half-day drives) from populated areas. Our Solution: Use a marketplace of private landowners (mostly farmers) near populated areas to restore convenient off-road access. We have built a professional off-road brand receiving millions of views per month, that is armed with proprietary consumer demand data from our background in building the "Yelp of Offroading" (USA's largest crowd-sourced trails map). We intimately understand the problem of road scarcity, and we're ready to fix it for the 70M+ off-roaders in the USA. We're backed by Jason Calacanis's LAUNCH Co & Not Yet Ventures in Charlottesville, VA. To date our marketplace has hosted nearly 4,000 vehicles across our properties in NC, VA, & MD.
